The key to working efficiently is not repeating work you have already done. Have single sources, if the information you need is already published elsewhere link to it, do not copy. If you copy you will need to waste time to keep each version of the information up to date, you are introducing more opportunities for errors to occur, and confusing people who are trying to find the authoritative source.

You have undoubtedly spent a great deal of effort to get your course listings correct on catalog.uncc.edu, you should link to your landing page there. Here is the text you should use on your Courses page:
Our course listings are available in the UNC Charlotte Course Catalog.
If you have to do it
If the listing you need to make is not published anywhere else at the university you can add it to your website. Make the list as simply as possible so that you can maintain it easily. Here is some sample html code:
